We can provide exclusive mold development for connectors of different specifications. We will use 3D prototyping technology to complete samples, ensuring sample quality while shortening delivery time.

Component Process Forming
Terminal stamping + plastic housing injection molding + overmolding/secondary injection molding: High-precision stamping process for copper alloy terminals, greatly improving the insertion stability and electrical conductivity of automotive connectors. High-temperature resistant, flame-retardant materials, such as PA66, PBT, and two-color/multi-material overmolding injection molding, provide waterproof performance.

Assembly and Integration Process
Combination of manual and automatic processes: wire cutting, wire stripping, crimping by automatic equipment, assembly ensuring insertion of pins, seals, locking structures by manual operation. Finished products meet IP67/IP68 waterproof rating. Connector + terminal + wire harness + seal integrated in one-stop forming, no secondary assembly required.
